Cheltenham Town Ladies Football Club announces that first team manager Graham Fletcher has stepped down from the position with immediate effect by mutual consent.
It is hoped that Graham will continue his involvement with the Club in another capacity.
In an unrelated move first team coach Chris Hicks has left the Club due to work commitments.
Everyone at the Club would like to express our thanks to Graham and Chris for their hard work and commitment during their time with the club. The highlight of their tenure was a memorable GFA County Cup win last season and our first ever WPL game at Whaddon Road.
However, after a promising pre-season, recent results have not gone the Club’s way with only one win out of nine league and cup matches.
The search for a new management team is now underway. We are confident that we will find the right fit in line with the long term vision of the club.
