With tickets already on sale for the home game against AFC Wimbledon on September 1, Cheltenham are set to play host to last season’s runners-up, Hashtag United on September 15 (2:00pm kick-off). The Tags opened their account for the season strongly, with an impressive 3-1 win over recently relegated Watford Women, before falling 2-0 to Ipswich last weekend.
On Thursday September 26 (7:45pm kick-off), The Robinesses will host their only midweek league game of the season, welcoming Gwalia United, formerly Cardiff City Ladies, to Kayte Lane, before the hotly anticipated visit of newly-promoted Exeter City Women on October 13 (2:00pm kick-off).
Gwalia suffered a disappointing 4-0 loss to Billericay Town on the opening day, however bounced back against AFC Wimbledon to claim a 1-0 victory. Exeter City Women, who have had a number of edge-of-your-seat encounters with the Robinesses in the past, impressed with a comprehensive 7-0 win over MK Dons Women on the opening day before beating recently relegated Lewes 4-0 to claim top spot in the league table.
