Cheltenham Town Ladies are delighted to announce that we will be playing a double header with the men’s side at the Completely Suzuki Stadium next month.
The ladies’ team will play at the home of the Robins for the first time since 2019 as part of a double-header following the men’s home game against Exeter City.
Wade Elliott’s Sky Bet League One side take on Exeter at 3pm which will be followed by the Robinesses’ Southern Premier Division fixture against London Bees at 6:30pm.
Anyone who purchases a ticket to the Exeter game will be able to gain free entry into the ladies’ game afterwards, with the club bar remaining open in the interval between each game.
“It’s always a big crowd and usually a good atmosphere when Exeter City visit and it would be great to see as many fans there as possible to support both the men and ladies’ teams on the Saturday,” said Cheltenham Town Chairman, David Bloxham.
“Along with our ‘Kids for a Quid’ initiative this is another opportunity for families and local youth football teams to enjoy the friendly atmosphere that the Completely-Suzuki Stadium has to offer whilst getting the added bonus of an extra fixture.”
“Our fans have been fantastic this season and I’m sure they will extend that support by getting behind the ladies’ team after the Exeter game and will hopefully enjoy back-to-back wins!”
Andy Liddle, Chairman of Cheltenham Town Ladies, added: “We are delighted to be playing our home game against London Bees at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium next month shortly after the men have played Exeter.”
“We’re hoping many in attendance will stay on for the double-header and many more that enjoyed the Lionesses’ success last summer will come along to see what live ladies’ football is all about. Everyone is looking forward to what will hopefully be a record crowd!”
Tickets for Cheltenham Town’s match against Exeter City are now available for the double-header with a saving of £2 on matchday prices when purchased in advance online (ctfc.com/tickets) or from the ticket office.
