Cheltenham Town Ladies have been handed an away tie in the First Round of the Vitality Women’s FA Cup.
Following last season’s promotion to the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier, Tier Three of the women’s football pyramid, The Robinesses will enter the competition at the First Round Proper, and open their account on the road to fellow Southern Premier outfit Plymouth Argyle Women . This match will take place on November 13 (1pm).
Cheltenham have met the Pilgrims once already this season, with the Gloucestershire side picking up a 3-1 win on the opening day.
Last season, Tom Davies’ side reached the Second Round of the FA Cup, losing out to Southampton Women’s FC on penalties, having previously beaten Larkhall Athletic Women in the Third Qualifying Round and Liskeard Athletic Women in the First Round Proper.
