After the Robins’ big win on Sunday against AFC Bournemouth, manager Tom Davies has provided a new update on certain members of the squad.
Lauren Ellis (pictured) has undergone a successful operation after suffering a lateral meniscus tear during pre-season. She is hoping to be supporting the team again soon, while recovering and continuing to improve her strength.
Jade Grove returned to action from the bench against the Cherries, and is looking to continue to build up her minutes as the season goes on.
Cerys Dolloway, Annabel Davies and Holly Finch are all progressing well after long-term absences and are training regularly with the squad as well as gaining valuable minutes with the Development team.
Monet Legall has left the club with the aim to get regular game time. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
With Cheltenham Town Ladies now sitting top of the division with four league matches left to play, continuing the momentum from Sunday’s win will be crucial for the Robins as they look to consolidate their position.
