Cheltenham Town LFC Sponsor Happy To Extend Involvement And Hails Club Ethic

25th June 2017

Engineering Integration, an engineering consultancy and project management business, has extended its partnership with Cheltenham Town LFC by agreeing a two year deal as home shirt sponsor for the club’s two senior teams. The company already sponsors the first team’s away shirt.

We spoke to director David Davey about why they jumped at the chance to extend their sponsorship with the club.

“We are really pleased to be renewing our sponsorship of the club. Our involvement with CTLFC has been fantastic for us. Everyone is interested and wants to talk about women’s football. It’s a positive side of football and any business thats gets on board will reap the benefit of this.

“The players and club officials are very good role models in their behaviour, work ethic and integrity. CTLFC are a successful and growing club and while its great to be involved with success, the way the players and club deal with adversity is a real strength. We spoke to one of the players following last year’s cup final defeat and she told us that they would come back and win it next year, which is of course exactly what happened. These are the sort of people we want to surround ourselves with.’

Ladies’ chairman Andy Liddle said: “We are delighted that Engineering Integration have extended their partnership with us. We would like to extend our gratitude to them and look forward to welcoming them to Petersfield Park in the coming weeks.”
