We would like to say a big thank you to Matt Goodman of Cotswold Commando who has been helping the ladies with their fitness regime on a Thursday night. Matt and his team run military style bootcamps coached by former Royal Marines Commandos, in and around the Cotswolds.
Regular seasons are held at Montpellier Gardens in Cheltenham town centre.
