Cheltenham Town Ladies continued with their pre-season friendly programme with an emphatic 7-0 home victory against Swindon Supermarine under the Petersfield Park floodlights (Thursday 11 August).
With a squad of 21 available on the evening Manager, Graham Fletcher played two separate sides, one in each half, in what was a really excellent team performance.
First half goals from Ella Hitchcox (3), Emily Skipp, Chloe Lawrence, Louise Bull, Jen Brown-Wealls, finished the game as a contest, and in the 2nd half it was a more a case of giving the whole squad some game time, which proved to be very successful, and a real boost for the whole squad as they move to the start of their respective seasons.
Cheltenham Town Ladies next friendly is away to South West Womens Football League opponents, Bishop Lydeard, kick off 2.30pm.
