Manager Graham Fletcher, was very pleased after the game against Newbury (31 July).
He commented: “I wanted the team to play with a high tempo today, and really use our passing game to the full, which we did really well. We scored some good goals, and the team play was first class. I’m never satisfied, so still have things to work on, but I’m pleased with the progress to date. I made a number of substitutions, all had a good workout so fitness is good too.”
