Cheltenham Town Women will play host to a familiar face in the Second Round of the FA Women’s National League Plate.
Following their First Round victory over Boldmere St. Michaels, The Robinesses will welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers Women to Kayte Lane on October 20.
Similar to Cheltenham, Wanderers also received a Bye in the Preliminary Round of the Plate, before going on to a confident win in the First Round, passing AFC Fylde Women 3-0 at the Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground.
Cheltenham progressed to the Second Round following a 4-1 win over Boldmere, with goals from Libby Bell, Emily Owen, Connie Pengelly and Doris Greenwood.
Cheltenham last faced Wolves Women in pre-season, ahead of the 2024/25 campaign, with the Midlands side running out 5-2 winners.
