Cheltenham Town Ladies FC Manager, Tom Davies, has been named Manager of the Month for December 2021.
With 47 other clubs at the Tier Four level, Davies secured the FA Women’s National League Division One Manager of the Month award following the Club’s fine form and impressive finish to the calendar year.
The Robins scored eight goals and conceded only once in three fixtures last month, which saw the club make history by knocking FA WNL Northern Premier side West Bromwich Albion Women out of the League Plate competition on penalties to reach the Quarter Finals for the first time ever.
The FA WNL Division One South-West league leaders also netted six past Poole Town Ladies before finishing the year grinding out a 1-0 victory over a difficult Chesham United Ladies side to establish a five point lead at the top of the table heading into January 2022.

Davies’ side return to competitive action on January 20, as they face local rivals Swindon Town Women at Fairford Town’s Cinder Lane ground (7:45pm kick-off).
